Full payment is required to secure your booking. Rates include VAT.

We operate a two night minimum stay from May – September and certain dates outside of these months. One night stays are available in March, April and October. One night stays may also become available between May – September and are advertised up to 2 weeks prior to arrival date.

Each room has a maximum capacity of 2 adults.

Most booking rates include breakfast. However, some room rates are room only and do not include breakfast. Please check your booking to confirm.

Please contact us directly if you would like to book 4 or more rooms.

For cancellation of bookings of 3 or more rooms, a refund, minus a £10 administration fee, is applicable up to 28 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 28 days before arrival are non-refundable. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking will be charged.

Breakfast is served between 8.00-9.00am. Self-service continental options are available from 8.00-9.00am.

Cooked breakfast dishes are served until 8.30am and must be pre-ordered the night before.

*We are unable to provide cooked breakfast dishes after 8.30am, due to family commitments.

For room only bookings, the Breakfast Room is unavailable.

We operate self check-in, which is between 4.30pm – 9.00pm. If you will be arriving later than 9.00pm, please let us know so that we can make necessary arrangements.

Early check-in may be available for an additional fee of £15. However, please note this is subject to availability and must always be pre-arranged before arrival.

Check-out is by 10.00am. Late check-out is not available.
